MISSIONS EMPHASIS

We are located in the beautiful Napa Valley. Our host church, Hillside Christian Church, is nestled in the middle of a picture perfect vineyard. Hillside isn't far from downtown Napa. We are surrounded by amazing parks, coffee shops, cafes, hiking spots, fitness clubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and so much more. 

SUM students have many opportunities to experience real ministry, while growing spiritually and being challenged in their academics. Our heart beat is to draw people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe in sharing our faith, loving and serving our community, and raising up the next generation and discipling people. We want to see all our  students leave experienced and prepared for the ministry they are called to.

At SUM Napa, we are more than just classmates. We are a team. We do ministry together, we serve together, we do life together. We want our students to have the full "college experience", so we try to create many opportunities for fun, long lasting memories and relationships. Check out our Instagram page!

Our campus is the home of Global Passion, an organization that plans and coordinates short-term mission trips for groups and individuals to countries around the world. As a student with a Missions Emphasis, you'll be able to attend school while in the Missions Field!
